General

Who can book a free consultation?

Anyone planning to study abroad: students finishing Class 12, final-year degree students and working professionals. Parents are welcome to join the call.

How early should I start planning?

Ideally 12 to 18 months before your intake. That gives time for language tests, documents, applications and the visa.

Do you guarantee admission or a visa?

No consultancy can honestly guarantee that. Universities and embassies make the decisions. We make sure your application is complete, accurate and as strong as it can be.

Sweden

When do applications for Sweden open?

Applications for the Autumn 2027 intake open on 16 October 2026 through universityadmissions.se. Main deadlines usually fall in mid-January, but each programme can differ, so we confirm dates for you.

What English score do I need for a Master's in Sweden?

Typical minimums are IELTS Academic 6.5 (no band below 5.5), PTE Academic 62 (writing 61) or TOEFL iBT on the new scale 4.5 (no section below 4.0). Requirements may vary by university and programme.

Can I work while studying in Sweden?

Students on a residence permit are generally allowed to work alongside their studies. We explain the current rules during your consultation.

Germany

Is study in Germany really tuition-free?

Most public universities do not charge tuition for many programmes, though there is a small semester contribution. Some states, such as Baden-Württemberg, charge fees for non-EU students. Always check the specific programme.

What is a blocked account?

It is a special bank account where you deposit a set amount to show you can cover living costs during your first year. It is a standard part of the German student visa process.

Can I stay in Germany after my degree?

Graduates can usually apply for a residence permit of up to 18 months to look for a job related to their degree. Conditions apply.

Process & fees

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We explain our services and any fees clearly before you decide to go ahead.

Which documents will I need?

Usually your academic transcripts and certificates, passport, language test score, CV, statement of purpose and recommendation letters. The exact list depends on the country and programme.

Language tests

IELTS, PTE or TOEFL: which should I take?

All three are widely accepted. Choose the one that suits your style and your university's requirements. We help you compare and plan your preparation.

Do you offer coaching for these tests?

Yes. We offer IELTS, PTE and TOEFL coaching. Call or WhatsApp us for current batch timings.
